Frequently asked questions
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, and they are included in the price: vacuum cleaner, mops, microfibre cloths and professional cleaning products.
Can you clean while I am out or off the island?
Yes. We agree how you will hand over the keys or a door code, and you get a photo report when we finish.
Can the price change on the day?
No, as long as the property matches your description. Anything extra is agreed before we start. If a property is heavily neglected, we assess it from photos before the visit and agree the price in advance.
How do I pay?
In cash or by bank transfer after the clean. There is no prepayment. Property managers can ask for a single monthly invoice.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Plans change, and that's fine. Cancelling or moving a visit is free. Please tell us as early as you can, ideally 24 hours ahead, so we can give the time to another client. If you are on a regular contract with us, the cancellation terms are the ones in your contract.
