Weekly maid service and regular cleaning on Koh Samui
Regular cleaning on Koh Samui from 1,000 ฿ per visit: a cleaner from our team comes weekly or every two weeks and works to the same written checklist each time. It is a maintenance clean of the whole home, and weekly visits cost 15% less. We bring our own products and equipment, send a photo report at the end, and you pay after you accept the work.

Who regular cleaning is for
Regular cleaning is for homes that people live in: owners who spend the season on Samui, families on long-term rentals, remote workers in condos, and owners who are away and want the villa ready for their return. In the tropics a home gets dusty and damp quickly. Sand comes in from the beach, geckos leave droppings on walls and terraces, and the sea air leaves a salty film on glass doors. A weekly or fortnightly visit deals with all this before it builds up into a job for a deep clean.
If your home has not been properly cleaned for a while, start with a deep clean. A regular clean keeps a clean home clean; it will not shift months of limescale or grease.
Maid service
A maid service without hiring a maid
A cleaner who comes on a fixed schedule gives you most of what people want from a maid or housekeeper, without having to employ one. You do not have to recruit anyone, sort out an employment contract or pay a salary. We bring the products and equipment, and every visit follows the same checklist. We offer scheduled visits only, not live-in help.

What is included in every visit
Our team works through this list room by room. You have it in writing, so you always know what was agreed.
Kitchen
- Worktops and splashback wiped and degreased
- Hob cleaned; outside of the oven, fridge and microwave wiped
- Sink and taps polished
- Dishes washed: a normal amount, about one sinkful
- Cupboard fronts and handles wiped
- Dining table and chairs wiped
- Rubbish taken out, bins wiped
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned inside and out
- Sink, shower or bath cleaned
- Mirrors and shower glass cleaned with a squeegee
- Taps and fittings polished
- Towels neatly folded or hung
Bedrooms and living areas
- All reachable surfaces dusted
- Beds made (with fresh linen if you leave it out)
- Mirrors, glass tables, TV screen and the inside of glass doors wiped
- Light switches and door handles wiped
- General tidy, without moving personal items
Floors and terraces
- Vacuuming, including under beds and sofas where reachable
- All hard floors mopped
- Entrance and terrace door area swept
- Terrace table and chairs wiped
- Photo report at the end
Not included in a regular clean
- Inside cupboards, wardrobes and the fridge (fridge and oven are extras)
- Limescale build-up, grout and mould treatment (deep clean)
- Outside windows and windows at height (not offered at the moment)
- Washing or ironing clothes
- Moving heavy furniture
- A big pile of dishes: send us a photo in the chat and we will agree it

Prices
Prices for regular cleaning
Weekly visits are 15% cheaper, fortnightly visits 10% and monthly visits 5%. The discount applies from the first visit. Skipping or moving a visit is free, just tell us as early as you can, ideally 24 hours ahead.

For example, regular cleaning of a three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa costs 2,400 ฿ as a one-off, or 2,040 ฿ per visit on a weekly schedule. The price depends on the type of home and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, not on the floor area, and it is the same anywhere on Samui, with no travel fee. For five bedrooms or more, or a very large villa, send us photos and we will agree the price in the chat.
Timing
How long it takes
A one-bedroom condo takes about two hours, a two-bedroom house two and a half to three hours, and a three-bedroom villa three and a half to four. The calculator below gives an estimate for your home.
Quality
The same standard every visit
The usual complaint about cleaners on the island is not about the first visit. It is about the fifth, when standards start to slip. We prevent that with a system rather than promises:
- every cleaner is trained to our standard, and their work is checked against the checklist and the photos;
- every visit follows the same written checklist;
- the photo report shows you the result room by room;
- if a checklist item was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right free of charge.

FAQ
Questions about regular cleaning
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
We try to send familiar faces to our regular clients, but the whole team works to the same standard and checklist, so whoever comes, the result is the same. The notes about your home (your preferences, what not to touch, where things are kept) are written down, so every cleaner who comes to you has them. If a cleaner is ill, we send someone else from the team or agree the nearest convenient time with you.
Do you provide a live-in maid?
No, we only offer scheduled visits: weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off. The cleaner arrives, works through the checklist and leaves.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No, we bring everything. If you prefer a particular product for a certain surface, such as natural stone or a wooden floor, leave it out and let us know, and we will use it.
Do you wash the dishes?
Yes, a normal amount of dishes, about one sinkful, is part of every regular clean. If there is a big pile, for example after a dinner with friends, send us a photo in the chat and we will agree it before the visit.
Can you change the bed linen?
Yes. If you leave clean linen out, we make the beds with it as part of the visit, at no extra charge.
What if I need to skip a week?
Just tell us, it is free. Please let us know as early as you can, ideally 24 hours ahead, so we can give the time to another client. If you are on a regular contract with us, the cancellation terms are the ones in your contract.
How do I pay for regular visits?
After each visit, in cash or by bank transfer, once you have seen the result. No prepayment.
