About Granny's Cleaning

Anyone who owns, rents or manages a home on Samui knows how it goes. Plenty of people offer cleaning, and some of them are very good. But the result depends on who turns up, what kind of day they are having, and whether you are standing there watching. When you are abroad, or looking after several villas, you cannot stand there.

So we set out to build the opposite: a service where the result depends on a system. A written checklist for every room, cleaners who are trained to our standard and whose work is checked against the checklist and the photos, a photo report after every visit, and a simple rule for when something is missed.

Everyone has a picture of a grandmother's home: everything in its place, clean sheets on the bed, nothing forgotten. That is the standard we aim for.

1. You message us on WhatsApp or call us. We speak English, Russian and Thai.
2. Our coordinator confirms the date and time and briefs the trained cleaner in a language they understand, including the notes on your home.
3. The cleaner works to the written checklist for your service and sends a photo report when they finish.
4. You pay after you accept the work, in cash or by bank transfer.

We clean homes: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, post-construction cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning, plus contracts for property managers. We would rather do a few things properly than promise everything, so we only list what we actually offer.
