Tips
Useful to include in your message
- A Google Maps pin for the property, so we can find it and know the access road.
- The number of bedrooms and bathrooms. For post-construction cleaning, the approximate floor area.
- For turnovers: check-out and check-in times, and where the linen and supplies are kept.
- For homes with five bedrooms or more, heavily neglected homes or post-renovation jobs: photos of each room.
