Prices are per visit for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo and are the same anywhere on Samui. Post-construction cleaning is priced by floor area, with a minimum of 4,000 ฿. Prices for larger homes and the extras for regular cleaning are in the full price list.

Villa, house and condo cleaning
Pool villas
Our main focus. Several bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, large glass doors, terraces, outdoor showers and stone floors that show every footprint. Hillside villas often have steep access roads, and that does not change the price: a villa costs the same wherever it is on the island.
Houses
Family homes and long-term rentals around Bophut, Maenam and Lamai. These are usually lived in, so a regular clean every week or two keeps them in order, with a deep clean a couple of times a year.
Condos and apartments
Small spaces where the details matter: the kitchenette, the shower glass, and balcony doors that collect salt and dust from the sea air. Regular cleaning of a one-bedroom condo takes about two hours.
Standard
What every visit includes
Whichever service you book, the basics are the same:
- Our own products and equipment. Vacuum cleaner, mops, microfibre cloths and professional products are included in the price. You do not need to buy anything.
- A written checklist for each room. The cleaner works through it item by item. You can read the standard checklist before you book.
- A photo report, room by room, sent to your WhatsApp when we finish.
- A fixed price agreed before the visit. Nothing is ever added on the spot.
- Payment after you accept the work, in cash or by bank transfer. No prepayment.
- A free redo if a checklist item was missed and you tell us within 24 hours.

FAQ
Questions about our services
How many cleaners will come?
It depends on the job. For large villas and post-construction cleaning we send more people or plan a longer visit, and agree this with you in advance. The price is based on the property, not on how long the clean takes.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many owners on Samui spend part of the year abroad. We agree how you will hand over the keys or a door code, and you get the photo report when we finish.
Can I combine services?
Yes. A common combination is a deep clean first, followed by regular visits. On a regular clean you can add the inside of the fridge or the oven. On a deep clean or a move-in/move-out clean, both are already included, along with the terrace.
Do you clean offices or shops?
We focus on homes: villas, houses and condos. Message us about other premises and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
